This is how the originators of the award described it.......
The Prince of Peace Award
For to us a Child is born, to us a Son is given; and the government shall be on His shoulder; and His name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The Mighty God, The Everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
Isaiah 9:6

In a world that seems to thrive on war and violence, it is indeed a blessing to have bloggers who share their faith and love of God with others.
These blogs are passionate about their faith, are a voice for the voiceless, are sources of inspiration, hope and true kindness, they are an oasis where a weary spirit can stop for a while and rest and be refreshed.
Every act of love no matter how small is a work of peace and these bloggers go above and beyond the call to reach out to others. They bring The Prince of Peace to us; we enter as visitors and fellow bloggers and leave as friends.

At this time when we celebrate the birth of our Savior, we thank you, our friends, for all you do to make the spirit of the The Prince of Peace ever more present in our lives, not only at this time but everyday.
Please accept and share this Award with Christian bloggers who bring The Prince of Peace to others.

I think I have received this award so I could pass it on. When I received this award my first thought was, "I need to pass this on to Stephanie" She has an awesome blog. She is a great Catholic mom and wife. She truly is an inspiration to me in real life, as well as through her blog. She doesn't like lots of traffic on her site. But, some people might know her from This Blessed Mess. She has been my friend for almost two years. When I moved here I didn't know anyone. She was very kind to me. I have always assumed that I am her and Lisa's project. Why else would they hang out with me? They are earning big time points with God. Anyway, Stephanie deserves some sort of recognition for having to advise me and just plain put up with me all the time.
Thanks - sorry it's taken me so long to acknowledge this. Passing it on...:)
